Privacy Policy

• What we collect: your account details (name, email and profile picture, from Google if you sign in with Google), the files you upload to our tools (product photos and shipping label PDFs), your credits and purchases, and basic usage data.
• How we use it: only to run your account and the tools you use, process payments, support you and keep the service secure.
• Who we share it with: only the service providers that run EcomAiTool for us, listed below. We never sell personal data, and Google account data is never used for advertising.
• How it's stored: encrypted in transit (HTTPS), in access-controlled databases.
• How to delete it: delete uploads and generations yourself in the dashboard, or email support@ecomaitool.com to delete your whole account. We act within 30 days.

EcomAiTool (ecomaitool.com) is an online service for sellers on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon India, run from India ("EcomAiTool", "we", "us"). This policy covers our website, dashboard, tools (including Meesho Ship Saver and Shipping Label Export) and developer API.

It explains what personal data we collect, including data we receive from Google when you sign in with Google, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can access or delete it. Questions: support@ecomaitool.com.

• Account information: your name, email address and profile picture, a phone number if you add one, and a unique account ID. You give us these when you create an account with your email or with Google (see "Google user data" below).
• Photos you upload: the product photos you give Meesho Ship Saver, and the image versions we make from them.
• Generation details: the Meesho categories, selling price, target shipping charge and options you choose, the file name of your photo, and the results: links to the images on Meesho's servers and the shipping charge Meesho quoted for each.
• Shipping label PDFs you upload: the label and invoice PDFs you give Shipping Label Export, and the order details we read from them (see "Shipping labels and your buyers' data" below), plus the SKU replacements and export settings you save.
• Credits and purchases: your credit balance and plan, a history of credits added, used and refunded, promo codes you redeem, and for each purchase the order reference, pack, amount and payment status. We never receive your UPI PIN, bank account or card details.
• API keys: if you create one, a secure hash of the key, its first characters, and when it was created and last used. We never store the key itself.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and actions taken (for example starting a generation or downloading an export), collected through our hosting provider, sign-in provider and Google Analytics. At checkout, your browser also stores a random device ID and we read your device's manufacturer and model.
• Messages: what you write when you contact us, which reaches us as an email.

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares with us, with your permission, only your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID (the basic openid, email and profile permissions). We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

We use this data only to:

• create your EcomAiTool account and sign you in securely;
• show your name and picture in your account;
• contact you about your account, purchases and support requests.

Google user data is handled by our sign-in provider and stored in our account database. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. People at EcomAiTool see it only when needed to support you, to keep the service secure, or to meet a legal obligation. It is shared only with the providers listed under "Who we share it with", to run the service.

EcomAiTool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove EcomAiTool's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and ask us to delete the data we already have (see "Your rights").

• To create and run your account and sign you in.
• To provide Meesho Ship Saver: make versions of your photo, get the shipping charge Meesho quotes for each, and show you the results.
• To provide Shipping Label Export: read your label PDFs, and sort, crop and print your labels into the exports you ask for.
• To keep your credit balance, process purchases and refunds, and apply promo codes.
• To authenticate requests made with your API key.
• To answer your messages and send important notices about your account.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (in aggregate, through Google Analytics).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure, and meet legal and tax obligations.

To get real shipping charges, we upload your photo and the versions we make of it to the Meesho supplier panel through our own Meesho account. Meesho then stores those images on its servers under its own privacy policy, and we keep only the links to them.

The photo you upload is kept on our servers only while your generation runs, and is deleted as soon as it finishes. Background removal runs on our own servers; your photos are not sent to any AI company and are never used to train AI models or for marketing.

Shipping label PDFs contain your buyers' personal data: names, delivery addresses, phone numbers where printed, order numbers and the products ordered. When you upload them, we process that data only on your behalf and on your instructions, to produce the exports you ask for.

• We read the PDFs on our own servers to find each order's SKU, quantity, courier, seller account and order number. No AI company or other third party reads them.
• The PDFs and the order details are stored in our database, linked to your account, so you can export again later. Nobody else can see them.
• We never use your buyers' data to contact them, for marketing or analytics, or to train AI models, and we never sell or share it.
• You can delete an upload, with its PDFs and order details, at any time with "Delete Upload". It is removed from our database immediately.

You are responsible for having the right to share your buyers' data with us, as your marketplace seller agreement allows for fulfilling orders.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run EcomAiTool, each receiving just what it needs:

• Our sign-in provider — account sign-in and sessions (including Sign in with Google).
• Our hosting and database providers — run the website and API, and store your account data and uploads (including shipping label PDFs).
• Meesho — receives your product photos and image versions, to quote shipping.
• Our payment service — creates your UPI payment and receives your account ID, device type and the order. Cashfree Payments processes the UPI transaction. Neither receives your UPI PIN or bank details from us.
• Google Analytics — usage statistics (no photos, label contents, names, emails or payment details).

We may also disclose data when required by law or a valid government request, to protect our users or our rights, or to a buyer if EcomAiTool is sold or merged, who would be bound by this policy.

• Essential cookies from our sign-in provider keep you signed in. The site doesn't work without them.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (such as _ga) measure visits and actions. Block them with your browser's tracking protection or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Local storage in your browser holds a random device ID used at checkout, and your Shipping Label Export preferences (crop area and export settings).

• Uploaded photos: deleted from our servers when the generation finishes.
• Shipping label PDFs and their order details: until you delete the upload or close your account.
• Account, generations, SKU replacements and API key data: while your account is open. You can delete any generation or upload yourself at any time.
• After you close your account: deleted within 30 days.
• Purchase and credit records: up to 8 years, as required for tax and accounting.
• Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Every upload, generation and export is tied to your account and can't be opened from another account. API keys are stored only as secure hashes, admin access is limited to authorised staff, and our providers secure data at rest. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you.

• Delete your account and data: email support@ecomaitool.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account, generations, label uploads, API key and Google account data within 30 days, keeping only the purchase records the law requires.
• Delete a generation: use the delete button on it in your dashboard.
• Delete a shipping label upload: open it in Shipping Label Export and choose "Delete Upload".
• Stop using your API key: revoke it on the API keys page.
• Remove Google access: at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We reply to every request within 30 days.

We are based in India. Some of our providers (such as our sign-in, hosting and database providers, and Google) may process data on servers outside India, with safeguards that protect it as described in this policy.

EcomAiTool is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this page when our practices change and change the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also notify you by email or in your dashboard. See also our Terms & Conditions.
