Terms & Conditions

These Terms are an agreement between you and EcomAiTool (ecomaitool.com) ("EcomAiTool", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the API you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use EcomAiTool.

EcomAiTool is a tool for businesses. You must be 18 or older and use it for your selling business, not as a consumer for personal purposes. If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

EcomAiTool offers tools for sellers on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon India, including:

• Meesho Ship Saver: you upload a product photo and category; we generate new versions of it and show the shipping charge Meesho quotes for each.
• Shipping Label Export: you upload your marketplace label PDFs; we read the orders on them and export your labels sorted, filtered, cropped and with the SKU printed.

We may add, change, limit or remove features, and some tools may be marked "beta" or "coming soon". We work to keep EcomAiTool available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free; it may be paused for maintenance or because a marketplace changes its systems.

Our tools save you time, but the final decisions are yours. Please check results before you rely on them.

• Shipping charges are set by Meesho and can change at any time. The charge on a live listing or order may differ from what we showed, and we don't guarantee any saving.
• Label exports are made from what we can read in your PDFs. Check the exported labels (SKU, quantity, courier and buyer) before you pack, print or ship. Pages we can't read are kept aside as "error pages".
• We are not responsible for wrong or missed shipments, returns, marketplace penalties, listing decisions or account actions by a marketplace that result from using our results without checking them.

Give accurate details and keep your login and API keys secure; you are responsible for all activity on your account, including through your API key. Tell us at support@ecomaitool.com straight away if you think someone else is using it. One person or business may not create several accounts to collect free credits.

• Credits are prepaid units for using our tools, sold as one-time packs: no subscriptions or auto-renewals. They are not money, have no cash value, and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each Ship Saver generation uses 1 credit, on the site or through the API, whatever shipping charge results: a generation that finds no lower charge still uses its credit. It is refunded as credit only if the generation fails. Each Shipping Label Export upload uses 1 credit, however many PDFs it has, refunded as credit if it can't be processed; exporting it is free.
• Credits you buy never expire while your account is open.
• Free signup and promotional credits have no cash value, are never refunded, and may be withdrawn if they were obtained by breaking these Terms or a promotion's rules.
• Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time; changes never affect credits you already own.
• If a price or credit amount is clearly shown or added in error, or credits are added through a technical fault, fraud or misuse, we may correct the balance or cancel the order and refund what you paid for it.
• Payments are handled by our payment partners. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI PIN details.
• Refunds of money follow our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the photos and PDFs you upload and the images and exports we make from them. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and that your images accurately represent the products you sell.

Shipping label PDFs contain your buyers' personal data. Upload only labels for your own orders and use the exports only to fulfil those orders. You remain responsible for that data under your marketplace agreement and the law; we process it only on your instructions, as our Privacy Policy describes, and you can delete it at any time.

• Don't upload illegal content or files you don't have rights to.
• Don't use generated images to mislead buyers about a product.
• Don't upload other sellers' labels, or use buyers' data for anything but fulfilling their orders.
• Don't scrape, overload, attack or bypass the limits of the service or API, share or resell API access, or use automated means other than our API.
• Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Don't use EcomAiTool to break Meesho's, Flipkart's or Amazon's policies or the law.

EcomAiTool is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon or Google; their names are used only to describe what our tools work with. None of our tools need your marketplace login. Their systems, prices and policies are outside our control, and a change on their side may stop a feature working until we update it.

The EcomAiTool website, software, API, design and brand belong to us and are protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing; they don't give you ownership of any part of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these Terms, including about fitness for a particular purpose, results or savings.

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, profits or data, shipping mistakes, marketplace penalties or actions a marketplace takes on your account;
• our total liability for all claims related to EcomAiTool is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you upload, your use of your buyers' data, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

You can close your account any time by emailing support@ecomaitool.com; your data is then deleted as our Privacy Policy describes.

We may suspend or close an account, and its API access, if it breaks these Terms, is used for fraud or abuse, puts the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Credits on an account closed for breaking these Terms are forfeited. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the account while it is resolved and remove the disputed credits. If we close your account without cause, we refund your unused purchased credits.

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@ecomaitool.com: we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days, before either of us takes formal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in your dashboard; using EcomAiTool after that means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms, with the Privacy and Refund Policies, are the whole agreement between us about EcomAiTool. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as outages of our providers or a marketplace). Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of the business.
